- Full-service planning and executing of events for Nonprofits, ranging from 1,300-person lunches to 800-person galas to 50-person cocktail parties that all included full in house design for the event as well as fundraising.
- Led and designed large floral installations, working on design in the studio, and creating on-site floral installations.
- Managing catering teams from the kitchen to servers to captains, including menu creation and leading service.
- Created innovated menus at my previous owned catering business for our events and meal delivery service.
- Worked as a sous chef to execute production for events, both in the kitchen and on-site during events.
- Assisted other planners and event companies with day-of event needs as an assistant planner.
- Event manager on site as catering manager, floral lead, and event planner.
- Planned and designed a private bespoke event and wine-paired dinner for a large California wine brand for their top members in Texas.
- Creating and catering private dinners for a past USA President.
- Consulted with a large DFW catering company to elevate their service, redefine their menus, and educate their sales staff on selling luxury catering experiences.
